The HP Series Water-Cooled Conveyor Belt Splicing Press is designed for professional belt fabrication where higher pressure, controlled heating and efficient cooling are required.
With working lengths from 400 to 4000 mm, maximum pressure up to 7 bar, and heating temperatures up to 210°C, the series is suitable for a broad range of thermoplastic conveyor belt splicing applications.
The active water-cooling system helps remove heat efficiently after the heating stage, allowing the splice area to cool in a more controlled manner before the joint is released. Combined with independent upper and lower temperature control, this provides operators with greater control over the complete heating, pressing and cooling process.
Its aluminium-alloy construction provides good thermal conductivity while maintaining a practical machine structure for professional workshop and field-service use.
With pressure up to 7 bar, the BN-S Series provides firm, uniform compression across the splice area, making it well suited to demanding conveyor belt joints.
Active cooling helps remove residual heat from the heating platens and splice area more efficiently after the heating cycle.
Independent upper and lower heating control allows different temperature settings to be selected according to belt material and splice construction.
Models from 400 mm to 4000 mm make the series suitable for both conventional conveyor belts and wide-belt fabrication.
